Our AHC service is operated online, but we’re certainly not a virtual company or a pop-up operating out the back of a car or from a garden shed. Our AHCs are issued and collected from a long established and trusted veterinary surgery that is staffed by an experienced and knowledgeable team of professionals; so you can rest assured in the confidence that you’ll always collect your AHC exactly as requested and as confirmed, whether that’s tomorrow, next week, next month or next year. Plus you have the added assurance and peace of mind that only a long established veterinary surgery can provide to help.
We are located in Folkestone, just minutes away from the Eurotunnel Terminal located in Folkeston. You can be safe in the knowledge that if in the unlikely event there was an issue with your documents at border control or if your AHC blew away in a gust of wind or was soaked in coffee or if your dog decided to chew it up (yes, these things actually happened!), because we issued your AHC we can provide immediate local assistance at your point of departure, so you can continue with your journey as quickly as possible.
