Where to Park When Visiting Abbeywell Vets for Your Animal Health Certificate
Whether you’re visiting us to collect your Animal Health Certificate (AHC) or using our Tapeworming Service, we’ve made parking as easy and stress-free as possible – whatever you drive.
Below, we’ve provided details and photos to help you find the most convenient space based on your type of vehicle.
Coming by Car?
There are plenty of free on-street parking spaces directly outside the front of Abbeywell Vets on Sandgate Road. These spaces are ideal for quick visits and are just a few steps from the entrance.
You’ll also find additional free parking along Christ Church Road, which runs alongside the practice. It’s usually easy to find a space here, even during busy times.

Bringing a Motorhome?
We welcome motorhome users and understand the need for wider, more accessible spaces. The rear car park, accessed from Christ Church Road, is regularly used by delivery vehicles and waste collection lorries – so it can accommodate most large vehicles comfortably.
Please note: if you’re using this area, make sure to park in the bays clearly marked for Abbeywell Vets.

If you have any questions or want to check the best place to park based on your vehicle, feel free to email us at questions@ahc.online before your visit. We’re happy to help.
