Our AHC Online Service is based at Abbeywell Vets in Folkestone. We’re minutes away from the Eurotunnel Terminal and not too far from the Ferry Port in Dover. Collection is quick, easy and convenient, so you can get on with enjoying your journey.

Our AHC Online Service is based at Abbeywell Vets in Folkestone. We’re minutes away from the Eurotunnel Terminal and not too far from the Ferry Port in Dover. Collection is quick, easy and convenient, so you can get on with enjoying your journey.

We will be expecting you and your pet in person at Abbeywell Vets in Folkestone. We must scan and verify your pet’s microchip and we must witness the signing the declaration form, which is part of the AHC. 

We are conveniently located very close to the Eurotunnel Terminal and the Port of Dover for quick onward travel to the EU. There is lots of parking around the surgery and the car park to the rear of the surgery is suitable for motorhomes, please see our Parking Page for more information.

Monday to Friday:9am to 7pm
Saturday:9.30am to 2pm
Sunday:Closed
Bank Holidays:Closed

No appointments are required to collect your AHC. Simply arrive on your confirmed collection date during our collection times. It normally takes approximately 10 minutes to issue your AHC and we are approximately 10 minutes away from the Eurotunnel Terminal.

Please Note: This is a collection only service. It is prohibited by the UK Government to post or email Animal Health Certificates. You must attend Abbeywell Vets in Folkestone with your pet to be issued with your AHC.
