Please answer all three questions below to confirm that your pet is eligible for an Animal Health Certificate (AHC) Please note that an AHC can only be issued for Dogs, Cats & Ferrets.

Do you have your supporting documents ready?

To complete your application you must either:

• Upload images of one accepted Supporting Document, or
• Enter your vet's details if using your pet's Clinical History

Please check the Supporting Document Page to see example pictures and read detailed information about which documents we accept and what information they must contain.

Uploaded images must be clear, in focus, and easy to read. Blurry, low-quality, or incomplete images will be rejected and may delay your application.

We can only process applications for pets vaccinated against rabies that are travelling to the EU for non-commercial purposes and have the correct supporting documentation to evidence their rabies vaccination status. Please ensure all requirements are met before proceeding. All AHC's must be collection in Folkestone.
