If we have previously issued you with an AHC and you need to travel within the next 5 to 10 days, then this is the service for you.
Apply for your Urgent Reprint Service AHC in just three simple steps
STEP 1: Complete the online Application Form
STEP 2: Attach the Supporting Documentation
STEP 3: Click Submit!
If we have previously issued you with an AHC and you wish to travel again, we can re-issue an AHC for a discounted fee. This is because your pet’s rabies status has already been verified and your document has already been formatted, so our workload is reduced and the time we save processing your documents is passed onto you with a discounted fee.
To be eligible for a Reprint Service AHC, allthe details entered on the previous AHC must still be valid and no changes required. If any details have changed, such as a pet has had a new rabies vaccination, a pet has been added or removed, the address has changed, a different person will be travelling, the country of entry has changed etc. then we must process all the details in order to generate a new digital file and this does not qualify for the Reprint Issue discounted price.

Supporting Documentation we are able to accept:
Previously Issued AHC
If your previous AHC was issued by AHC.ONLINE and none of the details have changed and the rabies vaccination entered on the AHC is still valid then we can use the verified information we already hold on our AHC system.
When making your application, please provide images of the owner details page and the rabies vaccination page. The page number of the required pages may differ depending on the country of entry:
If the AHC was issued to enter France, please provide images of pages 1 & 4
If the AHC was issued to enter Spain, please provide images of pages 1 & 4
If the AHC was issued to enter the Netherlands, please provide pages 1 & 3
If the AHC was issued to enter Ireland, please provide image of Pages 1 & 3
If you no-longer have the previous AHC that we issued and you are unable to provide the required images, you can still apply for a Reprint Service AHC. Please advise the application team of this in the ‘Additional Information’ section on the online application form.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the rabies vaccination entered on the previous AHC has expired or if any details provided on the application form do not match the details entered on the previous AHC, we will be unable to process your documents and this will cause a delay to your application.
