When you have had an AHC from us and require a new one without any changes for a discounted fee.
What is a Repeat AHC?
If we (AHC.ONLINE) have previously provided you with an AHC and you wish to travel again, we can re-issue an AHC for a discounted fee. Because your document has already been assembled, our workload is reduced, so the time we save processing your documents is passed onto you with a discounted fee.
To be eligible for a Repeat Service AHC, all the details entered on the previous AHC must be identical to the details entered on the new AHC, think of it as an exact reprint. If any of the information entered on a new AHC does not exactly match the information entered on a previous AHC, then this is not eligible for a repeat service.
If any of the details have changed, such as a pet has had a new rabies vaccination, a pet has been added or removed, the address has changed, a new country of entry etc. then we must process and fully verify the details in order to generate a new digital file for the new AHC.
Please Note: if any details have changed, this is not a Repeat Issue, please request your AHC using the Standard Issue Page on this website.
What must I provide?

Please email clear and in-focus pictures of pages 1 & 4 of your previous AHC so we can locate and verify the correct file for you and your pet.

Please note: Due to the huge increase in enquiries and requests for AHCs, the minimum response time is currently 5 days and the Standard AHC Service is currently 10 days from the date of your request – please do not email a request for a Standard Service if you are planning to collect your AHC in fewer than 10 days; you will need to use our Urgent Issue Service

2. In the email subject line please write REPEAT AHC; your name; your mobile no.; your (one) preferred collection date – it should look like this: “REPEAT AHC; JOHN SMITH; 07123 456789; 01/01/2022”
3. Attach your completed Application Form.
4. Attach the images of Page 1 and 4 of your previous AHC
5. Send! (You will receive an auto-responder acknowledgement to confirm receipt – if you cannot see this, please always check your spam folder).
